This is my second time using Sunfare's Fat Burn program, and the results are clear—I went from 163 lbs to 150 lbs between April 7th and May 8th, 2025, using no pills, no shakes, and all real food. I feel so much better losing my belly! If it weren’t for Carl, I would not have lost any weight and would probably still be eating the wrong foods. When I first reached out, he asked for my age, weight, and height, and suggested I start with the Fit Burn plan. Carl had me send him pictures of my weight on the scale every day. I’ll admit, the diet was hard at the beginning, but seeing the number go down—even a little bit each day—kept me motivated. Recently, I even had a couple of days where I lost 1lb each day and another where I lost 2 lbs in a single day. At the start, the process was much slower, so this progress feels very rewarding. Carl just sent me a note saying: “Today is a milestone day!!! 😃 20.4 lbs in 54 days…” That inspired me to finally write this review, even though I’m not finished with the diet yet. I still have about 7 lbs to go. Carl also suggested a digital scale that tracks not just weight, but body fat, metabolic age, and more. Since starting this diet, my metabolic age has dropped by 9 years! I don’t exercise at all, yet I’ve still lost the weight. Now I am motivated to start exercising. The best part is when my wife gets home from work today, I can tell her she’s now married to a younger man. The food itself is excellent. I was with Zen Foods before, but I found their choices limited, and I never really enjoyed the meals. Both my wife and I felt it was time to try something else—and we’re so glad we did. I plan to transition from Fit Burn to the regular Sunfare plan once I reach my goal weight. The regular plan still promotes weight loss but includes more carbs, which I’m looking forward to. I’ve been using Sunfare’s delivery service for about 2 months now and I’m very satisfied with my experience so far. It was a bit of a sticker shock at first but the convenience is worth it, especially for someone that works long hours. So many different options on the menu and you can customize your deliveries each week and sub meals based on preferences. I get breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack each day. I always feel satisfied and the small portions helps me spread out my meals through the day. Some of the meals are better than restaurant delivery, I switched from Uber eats to Sunfare every day! Meals get delivered to my doorstep each morning with a personal cooler with ice packs. I plan to be a long term customer for the convenience and quality of the fresh meals. Customer service could be better but overall super happy with my meal plan.
